With over 23 years of experience in all facets of home improvement, Ron Zundell (a certified installation master) oversees all aspects of the installation process. From pre-inspection to “thumbs up”, Ron’s goal is to ensure your experience with Yankee is a positive one. Before your job begins you will be given Ron’s personal cell phone number, a hotline for any questions, issues or compliments. Ron makes sure all work is installed within the strict guidelines of the InstallationMasters™ training and certification program. That means minimal disruption to our clients homes, leaving your castle the way we found it.

Ron oversees all quality completion inspections insuring your complete satisfaction, not only when the job has finished but for years to come, through our unique Yankee Anniversary Program.

He is backed by a team of professionals dedicated to the success of the installation process.

Chelsea Vaughn, a Smith College graduate and brains of the operation, will call you to inform you of your start date in a timely fashion.  If your home has any special needs it is Chelsea’s job to coordinate this with our crews. 

Chuck Pixely, a 33 year veteran of construction, works closely with “Mr. Z” in the areas on measuring and ordering. His wealth of experience and knowledge is a tremendous asset to our company.
